Dear Parents:

These forms and notices are provided to help you fulfill your duties as a communicating parent. Paper versions of these documents were mailed to new families in early July – call if for some reason you did not receive them.

You may need a free software product such as Adobe Reader, PDF995, or download Open Office. If you don’t have Microsoft Word, you can also download and use the free Microsoft Word Viewer to view and print the documents.

Important documents are due back to the office on August 12th.

If this online process fails to work for you for any reason, contact the office [ 934-4240 ]and paper versions will be sent to you pronto. And you have our thanks for trying!
