These forms and notices are provided to help you fulfill your duties as a communicating parent. If you are a family new to the school, paper versions of these documents were mailed to your home address on July 15th – call if for some reason you did not receive them. Required JrHigh and HS Summer Reading lists, Pre-Season Sports, and a couple of other important notices went home with end of the year grades. All these can be obtained through the front desk, or via mail, fax, and sometimes e-mail, if need be. Please plan ahead for your circumstances and pay attention to the deadlines.

You may need a free software product such as Adobe Reader, PDF995, or download Open Office. If you don’t have Microsoft Word, you can also download and use the free Microsoft Word Viewer to view and print the documents.
