Dear Parents:
By using only the online forms that you need, you are helping to keep paper copying and mailing costs down. Please take time to read the notices and get forms back to the school. Paper versions of all forms and notices are mailed to new families in early July – call if for some reason you did not receive them.

Important Health and Emergency documents are due back to the office on August 1st.

If this online process fails to work for you for any reason, contact the office [ 934-4240 ]and paper versions will be sent to you pronto. And you have our thanks for trying!
