10/1 SBS vs. Holderness 1-3 but it was a long, cold slog in the rain and we held them 0-0 for most of the game and then it went 1-1, and finally, they got around us for two more goals for the final score.

Basketball:
Congratulations to the SBS girls’ basketball team! They enjoyed a long-awaited win against the Brewster Academy team with a score of 33 – 8. Lead by captains Emily and Micaela, who scored a total of 8 points, the girls performed well as a team. Natasha and Teresa combined for another 24 points. Raianna, Signe, and Patricia contributed on defense and Chai scored her first point of the season. Joyce was unfortunately sidelined with an injury, but was very helpful with coaching insight, and Jasmine did an awesome job as team manager. The team travels to New Hampton next Wednesday.
